We're a small business with a stellar staff.  Because we're not the giant corporate guys, we can make almost any accommodations and make sure you're 100% happy period.  If you have a problem with anything, you can even speak with the owners.  How many places can you shop and get service like that?  With that said, here's the formal stuff...

                           

 

 Bay Shore Outfitters Shipping Rates:

We send most orders out the day we receive them (Monday-Friday received by 2pm CST).  Now and then one gets delayed and so we have to make the official answer, "We ship all orders within 24-48 hours M-F".   Orders are also not shipped on Federal Holidays. 

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES

 

  • Only United States customers in the lower 48 states qualify for returns.
  • Items must be in their original condition with their original packaging.
  • Returns are allowed up to 30 days guarantee.
  • Refunds will be applied to the card or PayPal account you used to make the original purchase.
  • Shipping will not be refunded for online transactions.

 

 

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

 

We DO NOT accept C.O.D.'s on return items. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Thank you for your support.

 

 

CLOTHING/ ACCESSORIES

 

  • All items must be unworn and include the original packaging/tags - no pet hair, no human hair, no smoke smell..

 

  • Once clothing/accessories has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

FOOTWEAR

 

  • Shoes must not be worn and must include the original undamaged packaging. When trying them on, we suggest that you stick to the carpet to prevent any damage.

 

  • Shoeboxes must not have tape or any other shipping labels on them - use the box the shoes were shipped in to return shoes.

 

  • Once shoes have been worn they cannot be returned or exchanged.
